Our support team is not only available in case of a problem, but also for all questions around KWP’s offered services. On top of that, our support takes care of all daily business handlings and occurrences, that require a dialogue between the customer and KWP.
Additionally, our customers are being informed about current developments in the SAP HCM environment and the consequences thereof.
Furthermore, the ticket handling of all cascading support units is being monitored, ensuring the compliance of the service level agreements. By prioritizing faults quickly and safely and by correctly evaluating their consequences/urgency we achieve our goal: the best possible service and user satisfaction for our customers.
